摘 要 ：采用ＢＩＯ－ＲＡＤＨｉ－ＰｏｒｅＲＰ３１８柱，以８０％甲醇－水（梯度设置）为流动相，检测波长为２５４ｎｍ，首次从传统昆虫类中药樗鸡（学名斑衣蜡蝉）中分离并制备了４种生物碱。经化学和光谱鉴定，确定了其中２种吲哚类生物碱β－ｙｏｈｉｍｂｉｎｅ和ａｊｍａｌｉｃｉｎｅ。

Abstract:A HPLC method for separating and preparing indole alkaloids is described.HPLC conditions for ana-lysis:BIO-RADseries 700 HPLC,mode l700 data station,UV:model 1740 UV-VIS monitor,column:BIO-RADHi-pore RP318,250mm×10mm,mobilephase:80%methanol-H₂O(gradient),flow rate:1.5ml/min,dctection wavelength:254nm.On the basis of spectral(HNMR,¹³CNMR,H-HCOSY,MS,DEPT)and chemical evidence,the structures of two compounds were elucidated as β-yohimbine(yohimban-16-carboxylic acid-17-hy-droxy methylester(3α,16α,17β))and ajmalicine(oxayohimban-16-carboxylic acid-16,17-didehydro-19-ethyl methyl ester(19α)).
