摘 要 ：实验观察犬心脏在阻断冠脉血流后缺血区局部血液红细胞聚集性明显增大,全血屈服应力明显上升,红细胞电泳时间延长,滴注回心草注射液动物组未见这些改变。

Abstract:Foleowing acute occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery in dogs,significant increaseswere observed in the red cell aggregation index,yield-shear stress and red cell electrophoretic time in blood drainedfrom ischemic area.When transfusion was perfornied with Rhodobrum roseum solution from the right femoral vein,sig-nifcant rises of the above-said items were observed.
