摘 要 ：刺五加叶皂甙按100,200mg/kg的剂量给小鼠或大鼠多次ip给药,对葡萄糖、四氧嘧啶及肾上腺所引起的高血糖均有抑制作用。对正常小鼠的血糖有降低作用,但无显著意义。

Abstract:The hypoglycemic effect of saponin isolated from the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus (ASS) was studied. Theresults showed that ASS (100, 200mg/kg , ip)could decrease various cases of experimental hyperglycemias induced byinjection of adrenaline,glucose and alloxan,without affecting the levels of blood sugar in normal mice.
