摘 要 ：采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对大承气汤挥发油的化学成分进行了分析,共鉴定出柠檬烯,芳樟醇,松油烯-4-ol,β-按叶醇等56种化合物,并测定了各化合物在挥发油中的百分含量。
Abstract:The chemical constituents of the essential oil obtained from Dachengqi Decoction were analysed by GC-MS.56Compounds including limonene, linalool,terpinen-4-ol and β-eudesmol were identified. Their percentages in the oilWere given.
