摘 要 ：红宁肝泰明显对抗小鼠和大鼠化学性(CCl₄,D-Gal)肝损伤所致的谷丙转氨酶活性的升高,使磺溴酞钠潴留量减少,病理检查证实红宁肝泰能使小鼠和大鼠肝损伤显著减轻,表明其具有一定的保肝降酶作用。

Abstract:Hongning Gantai has a remarkable counteration on the elevation of ALT activity of mice and rats induced bychemical damages with CCl₄ and D-Gal.It can decrease the BSP-retention.The result of pathologic examination indi-cates that Hongning Gantai can alleviate liver damages of mice and rats and thus has liver proteeting and ALT-lowermg actions.
