摘 要 ：以PAF诱导的血小板聚集实验为指导,从辛夷中分离得到6个木脂素成分,经光谱分析分别鉴定为辛夷脂素,demethoxyaschantin,aschantin,松脂素二甲醚,木兰脂素,里立脂素B二甲醚。并利用¹³CNMR和CD光谱确定了它们的构型。

Abstract:Guided by PAF ind uced platelet aggregation,six active lignins were isolated from the flower buds of Magnolia biondii and identified as fargesin,demethoxyaschantin, aschantin. pinoresinol dimethyl ether, magnolin,lirioresinol-Bdimethyl ether. The₁₃CNMR and CD data were reported and the configurations were determined.
