摘 要 ：对胡杨(Populus euphratica)分泌树脂“胡桐泪”进行了药材性状、显微鉴别、紫外光谱、红外光谱、薄层层析及其扫描的研究;并在紫外光谱和薄层层析与胡杨叶做了对比。

Abstract:This paper deals with the pharmacognosy, microscopic identification, UV, IR, TLC and scanning of Resina Populi (a resina of Populus euphratica). A comparison has been made between Resina Populi and the leaf of P. euphratica by way of UV and TLC.
