摘 要 ：从麦冬中分得四个化合物,经光谱分析和水解反应鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),6-醛基-7-甲氧基-异麦冬黄烷酮B(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖甙(Ⅲ)和龙脑甙(Ⅳ)。(Ⅲ)在抗麦冬中未见报道。

Abstract:In this paper four compounds isolated from Radix Ophiopogonis are described. Their structures have been identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ). 6-aldehydo-7-methoxy-isoophiopogonanone B (Ⅱ), α-sitosterol-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ) and 1-borneol-β-D-apisyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅳ) on the basis of spectral data and hydrolytic reaction.
