摘 要 ：用反相高效液相色谱法测定血竭素的含量,色谱柱:Nucleosil C₁₈,7μm(4.0×150mm),流动相:乙腈-甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液(30:5:65),270nm检测。

Abstract:A reversed-phase HPLC method for the determination of dracohobin in Dragon‘s Blood is described. The separation was performed on a Nucleosil C₁₈ 7μm (4.0×15cm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.05mol/L NaH_(?)PO_4(30:5:65). Detection was at 270nm.
