摘 要 ：自狼毒大戟(Euphorbia fischeriana)的干燥根中,继A、B、C 以后又分离得到五个单体。根据理化数据及光谱分析,鉴定D 为jolkinolide B,E 为jolkinolide A,H 为17-hydro-xyjolkinolide B。G,F 有待进一步确定。D、E、H 系首次从国产大戟属植物中得到。

Abstract:Five constituents were isolated from the root of Euphorbia fischeriana.Three of them were-identified as jolkinolide B(D),jolkinolide A(E)and 17-hydroxyjolkinolide B(H),by spectro-scopic and chemical evidence.Structure determination of compounds F and G is still under way.D,E and H were first reported present in the root of Euphorbia fischeriana.
