摘 要 ：实验观察了浸泡时间、水温等因素对哈蟆油及蟾蜍输卵管体积膨胀倍数的影响,在此基础上提出关于水试的仪器、操作、结果分析等方面的初步设想。

Abstract:In this paper, Studies were carried out on the effect of time and temperature on the swelling of Oviductus Ranae and it‘s adulterant (from Bufo bufo gargarizans). On the basic of this study, a davice for their identification by water test has been designed, the operation of the device and the analysis of results from the device are proposed.
