摘 要 ：本文介绍用岛津CS-910型双波长薄层扫描仪测定血竭中血竭素的含量。方法简便,快速,能得到较为灵敏和准确的结果。
Abstract:In this paper, dracorhodin in sanguis draconis is determined densitometrically with a Shimadzu CS-910 dual-wavelength thin-layer chromatographic scanner. This method is quick, sensitive and simple and gives accurate results.
