摘 要 ：中药注射剂多为复方,组成复杂,多数成分不明,含量测定困难,药代动力学的研究难以进行。为了寻求可行途径,保障临床用药安全、有效,本文应用药物体内累积法,对中药注射剂药代动力学进行了实验考察。结果证明:在目前状况下,该法测得的参数虽具表观性,但可为临床合理用药提供重要的参考依据,仍不失为一种简便易行的方法。

Abstract:Complex injection of traditional Chinese medicine is not ascertaincs in Composition, thus presenting difficulty in content determination and pharmacokinetics study. Stocking pattern is a tentative method for seeking an appropriate way. The result shows that although the parameters obtained appear somewhat superficial, the method is simple and easy and thus serves as an important refrernce for the rational use of drugs in clinic.
