Abstract:The authors subcloned 3‘ termination of three isoactin genes of Pea (Pisum sativum) tendril (PEAc) into pBS vector. Then, the entire 3‘_UTRs of these three PEAc were obtained using restriction endonuclease cleavage. Using DIG labeled 3‘_UTR fragments as specific_probes, RNA Dot blot showed that PEAcI and PEAcII expressed in roots, stems and leave, and could express at different development stage, especially in leave. Expression of PEAcIII were different from the other two, its mRNA could only be detected in 2nd day and 28th day root, 7th day stem and 18th day leaf. In pollen grains, only PEAcII could be detected.
