Abstract:A simple method of microelectrofocusing was described in detail. The micromethod has several advantages: high sensitivity, high reproducibility, easy operation and loss cost. It is especially suitable for the analysis of amall amount of biological materials. We had applied this microelectrofocusing to the analyses of protein components and isozymes of acid phosphatase and esterase of pollens and mathers. The results indicate that microelectrofocusing is a useful tecrnique for the study of proteins and enzymes of minute amount of biological materials.
