Abstract:Central nervous system injury and neurodegenerative disease needs important source of cell for transplantation treatment. Now， neuron generation research focuses on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) technology and direct somatic cell reprogramming. At present， there are several ways to induce somatic cell into mature neurons efficiently. From a security point of view， the neuronal generation approach needs to be improved. According to the current research progress of induced neurons， its safety and efficacy were evaluated.
