Abstract:TheimmobilizationeficiencyofClostridiumacetobutylicumXY16byfourinorganicironsalt
modifiedzeolitecariersandtheirefectsonbutanolproductionwereinvestigated.Resultsshowediron
zeoliteimmobilizedeficiencybeterthanunmodifiedzeoliteandFe3+modificationwasbeterthanthatof
Fe2+,andmodifiedzeolitewithfericchlorideisthebestabsorptioninteraction.WhenFe3+zeoliteaddi
tioninfermentatorwas180g/L,theimmobilizationeficiencywas87%.Theefectsofthezeoliteload
ingamountofFe3+onbutanolfermentationwerecompared.WhenthezeoliteloadingamountofFe3+was
60mg/gandglucoseconcentrationwas60g/Linfermentationmedium,theconcentrationofbutanolwas
135g/L,totalsolventwas20g/Landsolventproductivitywas0385g/(L·h),thusitwasincreased
by95%,103% and40% thanthefermentationresultsbyfreecels.
