Abstract:NanoporoussiliconBraggreflectorswerefabricatedusinganelectrochemicaletchingprocess.
Then,thecTnIaptamersbybindedwithcTnIwereimmobilizedtotheporoussiliconBraggreflectorsurface
usingacrosslinkmethod.AfterthebindingbetweenaptamersandthecTnIofdiferentconcentrations,the
reflectionspectrumredshiftsoftheporoussiliconBraggreflectorwereanalyzedquantitatively.Theresult
showedthattheporoussiliconBraggreflectoraptamerbiosensorhadhighspecificity.Furthermore,thepro
cedureswerelabelfreeanddetectiontimewasreduced.Thelineardetectionrangeofthesensorwas
005-4nmol/L,andthelowestdetectedconcentrationwas005nmol/L.
