Abstract:Mangroves are a diverse group of predominantly tropical trees and shrubs growing in the marine intertidal zone where conditions are usually harsh, restrictive and dynamic. The peculiarities of the mangrove intertidal habitat causes the peculiarity of its structure, physiology and ecology.
