Abstract:The Gongga Mountain of eastern Tibet Plateau is representative of the alpine region with high peak and deep valleys. Climate change over the last thousand of years had controlled the dynamics of glacier and debris-flow bursting, which resulted in substantial changes in the mountainous environment.
