摘 要 ：应用 PV技术研究了不同根温时番茄叶片多种水分参数 ,以探讨番茄对根温变化的适应机制。结果表明 ,低根温时( 1 5～ 2 5℃ )番茄叶片ψs10 0 、ψs0 、ROWC0 、b值、ψw0 和ε均较高根温 ( 30～ 4 0℃ )时高 ,a值、ψs10 0 -ψs0 、-a-ψw0 均较高根温时低 ,只偶而出现例外。应用 fuzzy数学中隶属函数的方法对不同根温时番茄叶片的多种水分参数进行综合分析 ,得出结论 ,高根温时番茄通过渗透调节和降低细胞壁弹性模量而保持压力势 ,维持正常生理活动 ,从而对高根温引起的水分胁迫做出适应性反应。

Abstract:Varied water parameters were studied with Pressure Volume technique at different root temperature in tomato, and the adaptation mechanism to the variation of root temperature was explored. The results showed that ψ s 100 ,ψ s 0,ROWC 0,b,ψ w 0 ,and ε of tomato leaf at lower root temperature(15～20℃)were higher than those at higher root temperature(30～40℃);while a , ψ s 100 -ψ s 0, -a-ψ w 0 were lower than those at higher root temperature, exception appeared to be very rare.
