摘 要 ：<正> 本文报道用~(32)P 标记柑桔枝芽条,研究楝科植物油对柑桔木虱(DiaphorinaCitri Kuwayama)的拒食作用。用定标器测得处理组(喷楝科植物油)虫体中的~(32)P 强度明显比对照组虫体巾的~(32)P 强度低,表明处理组的虫子比对照组的虫子吸食量小,2%苦楝(Melia azedarach)油和2%印楝(Azadirachta indica)油对柑桔木虱成虫在非选择条件下具有一定的拒食作用。用处理组和对照组的虫子所做

Abstract:The seed oil of Melia azedarach and seed oil(Azadirachta indica)were strong antifeedants to the asiatic citrus psyllid(Diaphorina citri Kuwa- yama)as indicated by determining the amount of citrus foliage,labelled with radioactive isotope ~(32)p consumed by the insect under nochoice tests in the laboratory.The 2% seed oil of Milia azedarach gave 88.5% and 72.2% antifeedant effect in 24—30 hours,while the seed oil caused 96.7% antifeedant effect in 48 hours The radioautograph taken with the test psyllids also showed the same result.
