摘 要 ：在保存于中国科学院植物研究所标本馆（PE）的模式标本中，根据《国际植物命名法规》（墨尔本法规）规则9.5和40.2注释1及例2，发现有7个国产维管束植物名称的模式为合模式。遵照规则8.1、9.11和9.12，以及辅则9A.2和9A.3的精神，对这7个名称做出后选模式指定。

Abstract:In type specimens housed at the Herbarium (PE), Institute of Botany, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the types of seven names of Chinese taxa in Tracheophyta are found to be syntypes under Article 9.5, and 40.2 Note 1 and Example 2 of the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature (Melbourne Code). According to Article 8.1, 9.11 and 9.12, and Recommendation 9A.2 and 9A.3, lectotypes for these seven names are here designated.
