摘 要 ：番茄白粉病 (tomato powdery mildew)是一种世界性植物病害,最早发现于意大利,之后迅速蔓延到世界各地,严重影响番茄的产量和质量。因此,各国从未停止过对番茄白粉病的研究,并多集中在病原菌的鉴定上,但均未发现其有性阶段,这也给病原菌鉴定带来了很大困难。甘肃省河西地区种植加工番茄,随着栽培面积的扩大,以及种植结构的调整,为白粉病病原菌提供了良好的越冬场所,番茄白粉病越来越严重。2010年8月作者等在甘肃省酒泉市、张掖市、兰州市的加工番茄上采集到番茄白粉病菌,通过形态学和分子生物学方法对其进行鉴定, 以期明确该病的病原种类及其分类地位。

Abstract:To investigate the differences in sensitivity of wild oat populations to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and clodinafop-propargyl, 11 wild oat populations were collected from Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu provinces, and whole plant and seed bioassay were employed. The result of whole plant bioassay revealed that the sensitivities of the 11 populations to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and clodinafop-propargyl were significantly different. Jinshuizha (JSZ) population was most sensitive to both herbicides, with GR₅₀ values (ai) of 2.46 and 3.65 g/hm², whereas Huixian (HX) population demonstrated lowest sensitivity to the herbicides, the GR₅₀ valued (ai) of 15.00 and 23.12 g/hm², the sensitivity of the other populations just laid in between JSZ and HX. Seed bioassay showed same tendency, while with more sensitivity.
