摘 要 ：菜豆荚斑驳病毒是危害大豆等豆科植物的重要病毒,在美国已引起大豆产量的巨大损失,我国尚无此病毒分布。但随着我国进口大豆数量不断增加,该病毒随大豆传入的风险逐步增大,为保护我国大豆产业的安全,迫切需要建立一套准确快速的检测方法。目前对植物病毒的检测主要通过血清学和分子生物学等方法。血清学方法有特异性强、结果易观察等优点,但步骤繁琐。以病毒核酸为基础的分子生物学检测方法灵敏度高、适应范围广,可用于大量样品的检测,但对实验操作环境和人员的要求非常高。本试验利用磁性纳米粒子能对特定物质进行分离和富集并结合荧光纳米材料可作为荧光标记物的特点,将它们联合应用于菜豆荚斑驳病毒的快速检测。

Abstract:To investigate the differences in sensitivity of wild oat populations to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and clodinafop-propargyl, 11 wild oat populations were collected from Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu provinces, and whole plant and seed bioassay were employed. The result of whole plant bioassay revealed that the sensitivities of the 11 populations to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and clodinafop-propargyl were significantly different. Jinshuizha (JSZ) population was most sensitive to both herbicides, with GR₅₀ values (ai) of 2.46 and 3.65 g/hm², whereas Huixian (HX) population demonstrated lowest sensitivity to the herbicides, the GR₅₀ valued (ai) of 15.00 and 23.12 g/hm², the sensitivity of the other populations just laid in between JSZ and HX. Seed bioassay showed same tendency, while with more sensitivity.
