Abstract:The transformation of P in the rhizosphere of wheat and the effect of VAM to P transformation in rhizosphere of wheat was studied The results showed that the amount of uptake phosphorus by 81(85)-5-3-3-3 was higher than NC37 The contents of Olsen-P, Ca2-P, Ca8-P and Al-P was lower in the 0-2mm,2-4mm rhizosphere soil than bulk soil VA mycorrhizae increased the uptake of the fractions of Olsen P, Ca2-P ,Ca8-P, Al-P, Fe-P and improving growth of 81(85)-5-3-3-3 and NC37 especially in soils with low phosphorus content and the concentration in rhizosphere and bulk soil decreased significantly
