摘 要 ：结果表明,用昆虫病原线虫泰山1号,在花生地防治华北大黑鳃金龟及暗黑鳃金龟幼虫的方法,使每666.7m~2花生地蛴螬的残虫量由8083头控制到167头,花生的损失率由原来的38.7%降至0.2%。线虫防治与施药区比较,每亩可增收花生150kg 以上,较空白对照区可增收花生237.5kg。充分显示了用该线虫取代农药防治的可行性,为控制历年严重为害花生的华北大黑鳃金龟及暗黑鳃金龟找到了新的途径。
