摘 要 ：烤烟Ｋ３２６品种接种赤星病菌后，用透射电镜进行叶细胞观察及致病机理研究。随接种时间的延长烟叶细胞受损及崩解程度增加，而未接种的叶细胞内各种细胞器正常，完整，在染病前至病菌侵簇后细胞病变初期进行化学防治（喷施代森锰锌），效果达１００％，接种后３６ｈ施药，烟叶出现病斑，施药时间越晚，发病越早，且病情越重，防治效果越差，感病１４ｈ后施药与不施药的病情差异不大。
