study,thecDNAsencodingβcaroteneisomerase(犜犪犇27)wereclonedfromwheatcultivarChineseSpring
byRTPCR.Further,theirexpressionindifferenttissuesandunderlowphosphatestresswereanalysed
byRealtimeQuantitativePCR.Theresultshowedthat:(1)Two犜犪犇27cDNAswerecloned,whichwas
