摘 要 ：以菠萝品种巴厘"的组培苗为试验材料,在常温下通过改变MS培养基中无机盐和蔗糖含量,选择适合菠萝种质保存的培养基.对不同保存培养基中菠萝苗叶色的变化、小苗的生长及存活等进行了调查分析.结果显示,菠萝种质在M2(1/2MS 0.7%琼脂)中保存12个月存活率为92.2%,小苗的平均生长量只有1 cm左右;保存苗转入分化培养基后,很快恢复生长并分化出丛芽.在M2中保存18个月后仍有较高存活率(85.7%).表明M2是菠萝种质保存的最佳培养基.
