摘 要 ：通过改进的异硫氰酸胍法提取香蕉分化芽中的总RNA，既经济又满足了RT-PCR的要求。运用RT-PCR两步法和一步法都可从带毒的香蕉分化芽提取的RNA中扩增出739 bp的特异性条带，而阴性对照未扩增出任何条带，并对RT-PCR一步法进行了优化及应用。本研究建立了经济简便的检测香蕉分化芽中黄瓜花叶病毒（cucumber　mosaic　virus，CMV）的RT－PCR方法，为灵敏高效的RT－PCR方法在香蕉分化芽检测中的应用奠定了基础。
