摘 要 ：从控制细胞形态建成的通用机制，影响形态建成的因素和形态建成的调节3个方面介绍近年来植物细胞形态建成的进展。细胞壁组分和结构的修饰改变是细胞形态建成的关键；细胞骨架的组装和活性，以及膨压的变化对于细胞的形态建成有着重要的作用。
