摘 要 ：介绍了国内外在小麦，大麦，水稻，玉米和大豆等重要农作物的抗旱节水相关基因性状的分子标记和基因克隆及转基因研究的最新进展。

Abstract:The new advance on study of molecular markers and gene cloning and transgenes of drought resistance and water saving of main crops such as wheat,barley,maize,rice,soybean,was introduced in this paper.
