摘 要 ：利用PvLEA-18蛋白抗体，分析小麦种子在萌发过程中类PvLEA-18表达情况。Western blot表明在小麦干种胚中未检测到类PvLEA-18蛋白，而在种子萌发不同时期（12h,24h,36h)的胚和盾片组织中检测到类PvLEA-18蛋白的表达。其分子量分别约为81kD和70kD。种子萌发24h后，81kD蛋白消失，70kD的类PvLEA-18表达量也降低。
