摘 要 ：以薄层层析法(TLC)分离鉴定植物组织中叶黄素循环组分，建立了大量制备紫黄质的方法。此法所需时间短，分离效果好，检出灵敏度高，既适于少量样品的分离，也适于大样品的提纯制备，因此适合用于紫黄质的提取及大量制备。
