摘 要 ：陕西关中属黄淮冬麦区，是陕西省冬小麦的主产区，也是黄淮冬麦区的主要育种基地之一，这里培育的优质冬小麦品种，对整个黄淮麦区，乃至其它麦区的小麦育种、品质更新、粮食加工工业的发展，都曾产生过较大的影响。
