摘 要 ：在克隆了二棱大麦第３组ＬＥＡｃＤＮＡ，抗旱基因ＨＤＣＳ１的基因上，将其连接于ｐＢ１１２１的ＣａＭＶ３５Ｓ启动子和ＮＯＳ终止子之间，，构建了ＨＤＣＳ１的植物表达载体ｐＢＨＣ，并进行了ＰＣＲ和酶切鉴定，为进行植物抗旱基因工程研究创造了条件。
