摘 要 ：以２个粒重不同的小麦品种为材料，研究了开花后旗叶、根系和籽粒异戊烯基腺苷（ｉＰＡ）和脱落酸（ＡＢＡ）含量的变化及其与旗叶光合速率、根系活力和籽粒样重的关系。结果表明，高粒重的鲁麦２２较低粒重的鲁麦１４，旗叶和根系ｉＰＡ含量高且速降始期推迟，ＡＢＡ含量低且速升始期推迟；与此相对应，旗叶光合速率和根系活力高且高值持续期长。鲁麦２２籽粒ｉＰＡ含量高于鲁麦１４，其ＡＢＡ含量在花后１６ｄ内高于鲁麦１４，１６
