摘 要 ：研究用ＲＦＬＰ方法，对我国主要小麦产区，陕西省４０年代以来广为种植的小麦品种的遗传多样性进行了研究，结果表明，占总带数２６．２％的ＨＩＮＤＩＩＩ酶的ＲＦＬＰ带具有遗传多态性。２４个小麦品种平均遗传相似系数为０．９４８。５３．８％的探针显示了多态性。平均多态性信息含量指数为０．２５２。陕西省小麦品种遗传多样性以７０年代为最高，之后开始降低。
