摘 要 ：运用ＲＦＬＰ方法对苔藓类６个科９种植物叶绿体ｒｂｃＬ基因的ＰＣＲ产物进行酶切分析，根据样本我态性片段，采用单联法对它们的遗传距离进行聚类分析，构建树状分支图，以此对苔藓植物的系统发育及其系统位置进行了初步探讨。
