TheresultshowedthatthebiomassofS.apetalawas114608t·hm-2,inwhichtheaerialpartwas86917t·
hm-2andtheundergroundpartwas27691t·hm-2;thebiomassofthetrunkwas47379t·hm-2,whichwas
accumulatedasthehighestbiomassandtookup413% ofthetotal.Thebiomassdistributionamongorganswasin
theorderoftrunk>branch>root>bark>flowerandfruit>leaf.ThebiomassofB.gymnorhizawas55.51t·
hm-2,inwhich4062t·hm-2fortheaerialpartand1489t·hm-2fortheundergroundpart,andthebiomass
distributionamongorganswasintheorderoftrunk>root>branch>leaf.TheaveragenetproductivityofS.apetala
was191.02t·hm-2·a-1andtheaveragenetproductivityofB.gymnorhizawas9.26t·hm-2·a-1.Asthe
populationageandinitialdensityofplantationaretakenintoconsideration,boththebiomassandproductivityofsix
yearoldS.apetalawerehigher.
