Abstract:The quantitative process of the quantitative theory (I) has been improved and the method of expert evaluation mark has been adopted in this paper. As we know, in the quantitative process: 1,as category k of item j emerges in sample i,0, Otherwise. i=1,2,…,n,j=1,2,…,m,k=1,2,…,r.where n is sample number, m refers to item numbest and r represents category number of item j. Now, for the improved quantitative process, assume δi(j,k)=βi(j,k) 0<βi(j,k)<1 where β,(j,k) can be comprehended the weight or contribution of category k of item j and given by the expert evaluation mark. Through verification of actual model, the forecasting precision of improved quantitative theory (I) model is obviously enhanced.
