摘 要 ：通过对贮藏条件下苗木活力和苗木生理的研究,基本摸清了在低温贮藏条件下,油松、侧柏苗木病原菌感染情况,苗木叶绿素、碳水化合物、水势、RGP、DBB及根系外渗液电导率的变化规律。得出根系外渗波电导率是评价苗木因贮藏造成根系腐烂而失去活力的简便有效指标。研究还发现,苗木休眠可分为生理休眠和强迫休眠,生理休眠的苗木,在进入完全休眠后,需经过一定时期的低温才能打破休眠,油松是生理休眠苗木,需5℃以下温度35-80天才能解除休眠。强迫休眠的苗木只要遇上适宜的生长环境就能萌发生长,侧柏属强迫休眠苗木。

Abstract:Seeding physlology，viability and survival after cold storage wete studi- eld 0n pinus tabulaeiormis Carr．，Platyeladus orientalist(Linn．)Franco．When tree seedlings are held in cold,dark storage for prolonged periods of time， they are separated from the Sources of environmental energy and informa- tion they need to develop in synchrony with the changing seasons．This affects一 many important physiotogicalprocesse8一and variables.The change paterns of ．Fungi infestati9n，cklorophyll Contens。Carbohydrate reserves，mineral nutrie— nts，wate’r—potentials，RGP。DBB and electrolyte leakage of roots of cold —stored Platycladus and Pinus tabulaeformis Carr．Seedlings are investigated．The electrolyte leakage from fine roots is a vory good indicator of stored seedling viaMHty．Pinus tabulaeformis Cart.seedlings require 35-80 days below 5℃to overcome dormancy，whereas Platucladus seedlings have no such re- quirement．
