Abstract：A field trial was undertaken to evaluate the efects of various rates of(CHaCOOH)，Ca solution Oil
the contents ofmineral elements in fruits and leaves of strawberry．The results showed that the contents ofCa，N，
Zn and Mn in leaves and fruits increased significantly while K content of fruits decreased significantly in the first and
second crops． an d B content of leaves of the first cmp decreased significantly when treated with Caluim spray． 111e
contents of P， Mg， Cu and Fe had no signifcant correlation with the concentration of spraying Ca2

近年来华南地区有些菜园遭到三裂叶蟛蜞菊 (Wedelia trilobata L．)杂草的侵害。作者就其对菜薹 ‘四九’品种生
长的抑制作用进行了初步测定。三裂叶蟛蜞菊取自本学院农学基地试验田。取其新鲜植株，剪成 2 cm左右的小段，
或分别把根、茎、叶分开，加水浸泡36 h，过滤提取液，浓缩成每mL溶液含0．4 g三裂叶蟛蜞菊的浓度。在培养皿里
加入水提液 (对照为清水)进行菜薹种子发芽试验，7 d后统计发芽率。在瓦盆中种植菜薹幼苗，每盆 5株，立即开
始连续喷淋三裂叶蟛蜞菊各器官水提液。每处理 4盆，随机排列。35 d后测量株高、地上部鲜质量、根系活力 (TYC
法)和叶片叶绿素含量 (ANion法)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性 (紫外吸收法)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 (氮蓝四
唑还原比色法)、过氧化物酶 (POD)活性 (愈创木酚氧化比色法)。
测定结果 (表 1)表明，三裂叶蟛蜞菊各器官浸提液明显降低了菜薹种子发芽率和根系活力，对株高影响不明显，
但极显著地降低了叶片叶绿素含量。除根水提液处理地上部鲜质量与对照差异不显著外，其余处理均极显著减少。除
了根提取液没有明显降低CAT活性外，其他各器官水提液均极显著降低了叶片SOD、CAT和POD等保护酶的活性，表
明其破坏了植株自我保护的机制。三裂叶蟛蜞菊叶水提液对菜薹生长的抑制作用最大。如果以三裂叶蟛蜞菊作为菜薹
种植前或生长过程中的覆盖植物，其雨水浸提物有可能影响其发芽和生长。
