Abstract:A total of 106 species (including one variety) belonging to 56 genera and 34 families of terrestrial bryophytes were collected from 25 sampling quadrates in YangjifengNature Reserve,Jiangxi Province,China.Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) determined the relationship between terrestrial bryophytes (38 species) and their environmental variables for the first time in this area. Results indicated that environmental factors influenced the distribution and biological diversity of bryophytes considerably. The main environmental variables were humidity and substructure, and the secondary variables included canopy density, shrub coverage, altitude, gradient, and human activities.
