摘 要 ：本文报道了湖北贝母在不同生长时期、不同外植体来源、不同激素浓度与组合,以及培养方法和温度对愈伤组织诱导与形态发生的影响。

Abstract:This paper reports the callus induction and morphogenesis of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et. K. C. Hsia in response to different stages of plant growth, different origin of explants, different concentration and combination of hormones, culture methods, as well as temparature.
