摘 要 ：对4个早釉品种胚乳淀粉体的大小、形状、结构和发育等特性进行了扫描电镜观察。结果表明:早釉胚乳细胞内存在两种淀粉体，即单粒淀粉体，直径2.6-7.0μm，平均4.4μm;复合淀粉体，由多个单粒淀粉体结合构成，直径6.0-14.0μm，平均9.5μm。有奎白胚乳单粒淀粉体多数为椭圆形或圆球形，大小差异较大，排列疏松，淀粉体间空隙大
