陆地棉新种质纤维品质性状的遗传分析

摘 要 采用M INQU E (l)的统计方法, 利用ADM 模型, 估算陆地棉8个杂交亲本和 F I代28个组合的5项纤维品质性状
的遗传效应。结果表明, 纤维品质2. 5% 跨距长度和整齐度、伸长率具有0110和0. 05显著母体效应, 纤维强度和麦克隆值
无母体效应存在。纤维品质性状主要受加性效应影响, 显性效应也起较大的作用, 5项纤维品质性状的广义和狭义遗传率
均达到极显著水准。利用AD 模型估算各组合 F 1、F 2纤维品质性状的杂种优势, 群体超亲优势的预测值均为极显著负优
势, 表明陆地棉纤维品质性状遗传无杂种优势。

Abstract F ive fiber traits of 8 paren ts and their 28 F 1 crosses of up land co tton w ere analyzed fo r their additive
dom inance and m aternal effects alternatively by M INQU E (1) app roaches. T he results indicated that m aternal
effects fo r 2. 5% span length, un ifo rm ity and elongation w ere statistically signsificance at 0. 10, 0. 05 levels.
F iber strength and m icronaire value didn’ t show m aternal effects. T he fiber traitsw ere m ain ly con tro lled by the
additive effects and by dom inan t effect rather sign ifican tly as w ell. B road and narrow sense heritability
estim ates w ere sign ificance at 0. 01 level fo r fiber traits. T he better2paren t beterosis of fiber traitsw ere analyzed
by the genetic model of additive dom inance by M INQU E (1) app roaches fo r p redicting the geno typ ic value and
heterosis fo r offsp ring of hybrids. T he fiber traitsw ere sign ifican tly negative fo r the better2paren tal heterosis in
up land co tton.
