摘 要 ：对甘薯品种中A、B、C三个杂交不孕群的品种进行自交和群内品种间杂交的结实性观察，并用多种途径进行克服不亲和性的研究。其中以NAA，6-BA，2，4-D等生长物质处理，对克服花粉萌发后的障碍，延长花器寿命，和提高结实率有明显的效果。效果大小与植物生长物质种类、浓度、配比有关，也和试验材料有关。所得杂种后代经酯酶同工
