摘 要 ：本文研究了八倍体小偃麦与普通小麦杂交的细胞遗传学,讨论了杂种中各类配子的传递规律和产生异附加系的方法。主要结果如下:(1)(八倍体小偃麦×普通小麦)F_2,具有46条染色体的杂种类型最多,占19.09%,具有43条染色体的单体附加类型为3.01%。(2)以杂种 F_1作母本和父本,分别与小麦进行回交,B_1F_1具有44条染色体的双单体附加最
